Sundays, December 15th, 2024 | 6:30-8:00 PM
Do you want to continue being an awesome circus artist for your whole life? Are you sick of constantly getting injured? Then try Prehab and Rehab with Self Myofascial Release Therapy. Self Myofascial Release (SMFR) is a type of therapy that is involved with prehab or the rehab process. The body has a webby tissue called myofascia that surrounds the whole skeletal system, and connects to the muscular tissue. When an individual is feeling pain, and/or tightness in a certain area of their body, that means the corresponding myfoscial area is malfunctioning due to an excess of knots, dehydration, and calcification. Let's add this necessary technique to your tool belt to reduce your chance of sitting out from what you love to do!
