Scott Slesnick has been the president of the Rubber City Jugglers for over 30 years and has dedicated decades to sharing the art of juggling. With experience teaching hundreds of individuals how to juggle and introducing juggling skills to thousands, Scott is passionate about making juggling accessible and enjoyable for all. A longtime contributor to the International Jugglers’ Association (IJA), he volunteered for 18 consecutive years, including two years on the IJA board of directors. He has also taught workshops at numerous IJA festivals and regional juggling festivals, bringing his expertise and enthusiasm to jugglers of all skill levels.
Born in the Middle East and raised on wheels, Hafez spent his early years weaving through cones as an inline slalom skater—so naturally, he needed a new challenge after becoming a national champion in the USA. In 2023, he stumbled upon the Rubber City Jugglers and decided that throwing things in the air, instead of crashing on skates, was the next logical step. At his first club meeting in February 2023, he could already juggle three balls and pull off a few tricks. Fast forward to today, and he’s upgraded to 6 balls, 5 clubs, and even 9 club passing. Can he teach, who knows, but I'm sure you'd like to find out.
Cost: $40 (The class fee includes open gym time after the class (6:30-8:00)
