Description: This class goes over basic tumbling skills and the associated techniques. It is designed for beginners to intermediate-level tumblers. We will go over handstands, rolls, cartwheels, and front flipping. This class will also teach the progressions and drills to allow athletes to continue to grow on their own using the gym's resources.

Prerequisites: None.

Instructor Bio: Tim started training gymnastics at the age of six in Rochester Hills, MI after being inspired by the 1996 Olympics. In 2000 he saw his first Cirque du Soleil show and became entrapped by the circus arts. At the age of sixteen he started his coaching career and at the age of twenty one he performed his first show. After a decade of performing and coaching he signed with Cirque du Soleil for four years until he decided to hang up his costume for good in 2024. Now he focuses on coaching and sharing his passion of acrobatics with others.

Cost: $20 (The class fee includes open gym time after the class (7:00-8:00)

Pre-registration: Online registration is open until 11:55 PM on April 12. After the cut-off time, you must pay the drop-in fee of $30 - subject to availability.
