Wednesdays, December 4th, 11th, and 18th, 2024 | 6:30-7:30 PM @ 4939 Broadway Avenue

Description: This class will focus on the art of balancing on our hands. Students will work on various handstand entrances, leg shapes and movement, and conditioning and drills for press handstands. This is an open level class so progressions will be given based on your experience level!

Prerequisites: None

Instructor Bio: Allison has been training in handstands for four years and pole for seven years. She currently teaches beginner and intermediate pole classes in Cleveland and taught her first handstand class series in January 2024.

Cost: $60 for all three sessions (December 4, 11, & 18). The class fee includes open gym time after the class (7:30-9:00).
