Description: This class will focus on finding your float into handstand. Class will begin with a targeted warm-up followed by drills to build strength and refine the technique needed to press in all directions.

Instructor Bio: Allison has been training in handstands for three years and pole for six years. She currently teaches beginner and intermediate pole classes in Cleveland and taught her first handstand class series in January 2024.

Prerequisites: comfortable kicking up back to wall

Cost: $20 (The class fee includes open gym time after the class | 7:30-9:00pm)
