Description: This class will cover flairs, beats, swings, and catching the bounce on dynamic drops.

Pre-requisites: Ability to invert to get into the sling. Slings will be rigged at a hight so that toes do not touch when hanging from armpits in the loop.

Instructor Bios: Neko began her training with Sora in 2015 when she first fell in love with finding ways to challenge herself in the air. She mainly performs aerial silks, sling, rope, and straps but will always explore new disciplines. Neko has been coaching for about 3 years and always enjoys finding students who enjoy circus as much as she does. She also loves to travel to train and pick up skills from as many people as she can. Her most recent travels were to Montreal, where she trained with ENC students and coaches.

Cost: $120 for all four sessions (includes open gyms)
