Description: This class will be a general contact staff spinning and contact class. The class is revolved around the individual student’s skill level. Each student will be challenged based on what they already know. Bringing your own staff is not required but highly recommended.

Instructor Bio: Sophia Kopasakis goes by the stage name Volcanic Lioness. Ten years ago, the contact staff was the first of many props in her flow arts journey. Sophia has taught contact staff in many different workshops, throughout different t festivals and studios. She has performed with contact staff consistently throughout the entirety of her journey, and enjoys teaching others how to find their own flow.

Prerequisites: None

Cost: $20 per class or $80 for all four sessions. The class fee includes open gym time after the class (8-7:00pm).
