All-Levels Acro With Ayton Barrett and Erica Henrichsen

 Dates; January 17, 24, & 31 |7:30 - 8:30 PM

Description: This acro-yoga workshop series will include all styles of partner acrobatics including l-basing flows, icarian pops, dance lifts, counterbalances, and standing skills. Our classes will start with a brief group warmup and then dive into a guided sequence of tricks. This is an all-level series, so the difficulty will be based on your personal skill level (so don’t be afraid to ask for other moves that are more suitable to your comfort and skill level - whether that’s easier or harder). Come build strength, balance, technique, and trust with us!

Prerequisites: None

Instructor Bios:

Erica has been training partner acrobatics for over four years and has experience teaching at Sokol Greater Cleveland. She has been an athlete her whole life, participating in gymnastics, trampoline, baton twirling, swimming, diving, and cheerleading since she was 4-years-old. She enjoys helping others test the limits of their strength, body awareness, and trust through the sport of acro yoga.

Ayton has been practicing partner acrobatics for almost a decade. He is passionate about both teaching and performing. Acro yoga is one of many circus arts he has dedicated his time to. He has been involved with Crooked River Circus since 2017.

Cost: $60 for all three sessions (January 17, 24, 31). Participants must register for the entire series (no drop-in classes permitted). The class fee includes open gym time before the class (6-7:30)
