Description: Spice up your aerial silk choreography with new entries into some of the most common wraps. In this workshop, we will work with foundational wraps like catchers, hula hoop, crossback, and hip key, and explore a variety of different ways you can get into these wraps to set up for your favorite drops and sequences.

Instructor Bio:  Vanessa has been training aerial silks for over twelve years and has experience teaching at Sokol Greater Cleveland and The Studio Cleveland. Vanessa enjoys looking at aerial silk sequences from multiple angles and exploring the different entries, transitions, and opportunities for interesting shapes that can transform a sequence you've done a thousand times into something brand new.

Prerequisites:  Comfortable with catchers, hula hoop, crossback, and hip key in the air

Cost: $60 for all three sessions (February 7, 21, 28). Participants must register for the entire series (no drop-in classes permitted). The class fee includes open gym time after the class (7:30-8:30pm)
