Description: In this introductory workshop, participants will learn the basics of hoop diving. We will focus on jumps, rolls, and flips through one, two, and three hoops. Anyone with previous
hoop diving experience is also welcome to join to further progress skills and sequences.

Prerequisites: Students should be comfortable with basic acrobatic skills such as rolls and cartwheels.
