In this workshop we will explore sequences and drops with unique and dynamic entrances and exits. We will emphasize creating interesting shapes that reach beyond the normal “splits” and “back” variety, and how to approach transitions in new ways. Maximum Participants: 8 students per coach

Prerequisites: Confidence being in the air for at least two minutes, comfortable with multiple inversions off the floor.
