Join Noah for a weekend full of acro! He will be hosting 1 workshop on Saturday and 2 workshops on Sunday.
Instructor Bio: Noah is an Acro Revolution certified teacher that loves icarian pops, hand to hand and dynamic standing skills, dance lifts, and creative flows. He enjoys guiding practitioners to find shared ease of movement and lightness in poses, with a focus on strength in primary skills, and putting the fun in fundamentals. Cost: Early Bird Price - $50 per workshop (or $135 for the whole weekend)

Workshop Descriptions
Icarian Games (Saturday, June 1 | 3:00-5:00pm)
Description: Once you pop you don’t want to stop! We’ll go over the key principles of throwing, catching, flying, and spotting full-release skills. This workshop emphasizes safe, progressive work so we can minimize risk and maximize success and trust. There will be something for everyone - if you’ve just started bird to bird pops or if you’re looking to tempo full castaways.
Peak skill:
Beginner: Icarian bird to throne and back
Intermediate: Royal Pancakes
Advanced: Student's choice. Example peak skills: Full castaway, Martini, Front tuck, Varial
Prerequisites:
Beginner: Experience with Icarian bird or throne pops
Intermediate: Comfortable with Icarian bird, throne, bird to throne, throne to bird pops
Advanced: Experience with royal pancakes or castaways
All-levels Standing Dynamic Skills (Sunday, June 2 | 1:00-3:00pm)
Description: Come learn a wide variety of dynamic standing skills - where there is a full-release throw and catch. We’ll work on making content accessible and safe through progressions and spotting. Many of these skills are building blocks for higher-level tricks like corbets, cascades, and standing back tucks; however, don’t be alarmed, there will be content for people in all stages of their acro practice (see pre-reqs below).
Peak skill(s):
Beginner: Standing f2h throw to cradle; F2h buttdown
Intermediate: Two high throw to f2h, High bird to high backfly.
Advanced: Standing F2h or Rf2h 180, Standing h2h to cradle
Prerequisites:
Beginner: Comfortable in high bird
Intermediate: 10 sec hold in at least one of standing f2h, rf2h, h2h
Advanced: Experience with extended f2h or h2h
Banquine | A Group Acro Workshop (Sunday, June 2 | 4:00-6:00pm)
Description: Banquine = two bases, one flier, & lots of height (and calibration)
This workshop will give students a chance to practice both key fundamentals and work on fun skills. Everyone will start with calibrations and timing exercises to help groups sync up. Based on experience, groups will focus on different skills and aspects of banquine.
Peak skill(s):
Beginner: banquine straight throw to chair and back
Intermediate: tempo throws, straight throw with flier 180 degree turn, belly to standing,
Advanced: handstand on platform, pass the flier to another group, flier changes shape in air (tuck, straddle, pike) - add tempo, flier 360 degree turn
Prerequisites:
Beginner: none
Intermediate: some experience with banquine
Advanced: Clean unspotted straight throws
