Call for Volunteers: Mardi Gras Masquerade Fundraiser on march 01

Crooked River Circus is thrilled to announce our upcoming Mardi Gras Masquerade Fundraiser on March 1st 6:00-9:00 PM (flyers coming soon). This fundraiser will support our circus’s upcoming trip and performance in Prague. We need volunteers to help make this event a success. Volunteer shifts will be between 5 PM & 10 PM on March 1st.

Volunteer Positions:

Front Entry Table

Responsibilities: Welcome guests, encourage a suggested donation of $15, distribute 50/50 raffle tickets, and handle T-shirt sales.

Bake Sale

Responsibilities: Bake and bring a dessert and/or manage the bake sales and assist attendees

Featured Performers

Responsibilities: We are looking for performers with a choreographed 2-10 minute act that would be willing to perform at a designated time throughout the night.

Ambient Performers

Responsibilities: Engage with guests and create a lively atmosphere throughout the venue. Aka do your circus thing.

Running the Games

Responsibilities: Oversee game stations, explain rules to participants, and ensure a fun and fair gaming experience.

50/50 Raffle

Responsibilities: Sell 50/50 raffle tickets
